Rapper Future’s Baby Mama Wants Him Thrown In Jail
Rapper Future‘s baby mama is not letting him off easily.
The mother of the rapper’s second son has stirred up another legal battle, and this time she wants him behind bars. The record producer has been dragged to court on several occasions by his baby mamas on requests for child support and paternity disputes.
Rapper Future went all out with procreation, having about nine children from probably eight baby mamas. Notably, the rapper has never been married to any of the women in his pool of romantic escapades and has only been engaged to one of his baby mamas.
Rapper Future’s Baby Mama Wants Him Held In Contempt Of Court

The number of lawsuits Future has tied to his name just went one up as Brittni Mealy has kicked off, slamming charges against him. The mom of his 12-year-old son, Prince, claims that he failed to comply with a court order over their son and should be thrown in jail. The filed court document showed that Mealy’s claims are based on a 2023 court order.
She accused the rapper of failing to comply with the order ruled by a judge, stating the rapper obtained a $500,000 life insurance policy, naming her as the trustee for Prince. Mealy is pushing for Future to be incarcerated and held in contempt until the issue with the life insurance policy is resolved.
As reported by TMZ, the rapper has yet to respond to the petition. This is not the first time Mealy has brought her son’s father before a judge. In 2023, Future was ordered to increase his monthly child support for Prince from $3000 to $5000.
Inside The Legal Brawl That Led To Increased Child Support

At that time, Future was ordered to increase the child support for his then- 10-year-old son, whom he shares with one of his eight baby mamas. The reason for the $2000 increase was based on the assessment of the musician’s monthly income. The judge ruled that there has been a significant increase in his wealth compared to what the rapper made in 2014 when he was ordered to pay $3000 for Prince.
At the time, Black Enterprise reported that the artist made $30,000 a month, which was more than double the amount Prince’s mother made. Mealy reportedly held a $14,000 monthly income. The judge stated that the increased child support was necessary and was based on the “substantial change in the income and financial status of the Father.”
The increased child support order came two years after Mealy petitioned for it in the face of the law. According to court documents, she accused her baby daddy of failing to “exercise his scheduled parenting time.” She further maintained that he should bear the additional expenses for their son, noting times when she shouldered the cost of child care when Future did not show up. From the surface view of his tours, chart-topping releases, and paid appearances, the judge ultimately deemed it fit to increase the child support.
The ‘March Madness’ Rapper Said No To Settling Down With Any Of His Baby Mamas

As earlier stated, the musician has never been married, even though he has a range of women to choose from. He spoke to this effect in 2019, telling news outlets that he although he desires to settle down, it won’t be with the mothers of his children.
Future shared that he wants to settle down with the right woman and at the right time in his life. Speaking further, he disclosed that people have bugged him with the question of choosing one of his baby mamas as a wife. In response, he dug deeper, explaining that one major reason he refrains from making that decision is for peace to reign.
The musician stressed that he felt everyone was in a good place at that time, and all the moms and kids understood the family dynamics. In his eyes, they were all and always will be family, so if he chose to wife one up, the others would get angry, and it may brew bad blood.

Future, whose actual name is Nayvadius Wilburn, had his first child, Jakobi, in 2002 with Jessica Smith. The pair were in a relationship, but later stuck to being only co-parents after Jakobi was born. Over the years, Smith and Future have butted heads in court over child support and paternity issues. In 2016, she sought for increased financial support for their child and also accused the musician of being a negligent parent.
Eliza Seraphin, who is the mother of Reign Wilburn, born in 2019, also slammed Future with lawsuits for paternity and child support. Future claimed that the paternity of Reign was questionable, stating that Seraphin had admitted to referring to her daughter as a means for financial gain. The artist also attempted to dismiss the lawsuit and refrain Reign’s mother from speaking about him publicly.
Atlanta Black Star shared that in May 2020, a court-ordered DNA test proved that Future was indeed the father of baby Reign, and he was ordered to pay $3200 monthly as child support after offering on $1000. Another case with a similar whim was between the rapper and Cindy Parker, who claimed her child, Legend Wilburn, was Future’s offspring. Parker pushed the case in court after a DNA test confirmed that Legend and Reign were 99.9% likely to be half-siblings. However, she dropped the lawsuit days later, but the musician reportedly does not claim Legend to be his.
Rapper Future’s Baby Mamas Are Not Limits To His Love Interests

The “Life Is Good” artist has experienced romance with several women outside the ones that make the list of his baby mamas. Most recently, Future made a red carpet appearance with German singer Donna Dafi in September 2024. They were spotted holding hands and even attended the Business of Fashion 500 Gala together in Paris.
Before whispers about the musician and Dafi made headlines, it was confirmed that he was in a relationship with Steve Harvey’s daughter, Lori. At that time, Lori confirmed their relationship on social media by posting cozy pictures of them together in Jamaica on holiday for her birthday. Shortly after the relationship with Lori came to an end, Future dated Dess Dior. Headlines carried the news after they posed sweetly together in an Instagram post. Back in 2017, there was drama connecting Larsa Pippen and Future.
Capital Xtra detailed that speculations were based on a rumor that Larsa had cheated on her ex-husband with the musician, which she later debunked. Other women Future has been rumored to be romantically involved with include Blac Chyna, Aaleeyah Petty, and India Jones, with whom he shares a daughter, Londyn.
