Hulk Hogan’s Daughter Will Reportedly Honor Sex Tape Documentary Premiere Amid Brother’s Lawsuit

The late wrestler’s daughter is choosing to attend the first screening of a documentary about her father as her brother, Nick Hogan, is embroiled in a lawsuit over the same project.

Hulk Hogan and Brooke Hogan had reportedly not seen eye to eye for at least two years before his death due to a series of tensions between them. The 37-year-old also skipped her father’s grand funeral service for a simpler and personal one.

The former reality star has teamed up with Bubba Tha Love Sponge to showcase the life of Hulk in a documentary. Brooke noted that she will attend the first screening of “Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal” in Tampa because of her undying loyalty to Bubba.

She disclosed that Bubba had remained a consistent figure in her father’s life, showing him true friendship and rising to become an “uncle” figure in their lives. Brooke added that Bubba’s documentary will also provide a closer look into how Hulk and Bubba’s ex-wife’s sex tape found its way to the media.

“If anything, it vindicates my dad and shows what a crime this was, and how jacked up the system is that allowed the people who stole it to walk free,” Brooke shared. The wrestler’s daughter tells TMZ that the incident broke the friendship, but more factors played more intense roles in the demise.

Unlike his sister, who will be in attendance at the screening, Nick made a beeline for court earlier in the month to stop Bubba from going ahead with his plan. He noted that his father’s former best friend had been promoting the project with his father’s trademark without necessary permission.

The outlet previously shared that the documentary included unauthorized images from the sex tape that was leaked to the media. The documentary had planned to provide facts on the relationship between Hulk and Heather Clem, but Nick was not having it.

Nick noted that a few unpleasant scenes from the sex tape actually played in a recent trailer for the documentary. Furthermore, Nick explained that Bubba going ahead with releasing the documentary would breach a redacted settlement agreement made between the old friends in 2012.

The 37-year-old showed up at the morgue last month to carry out a thorough observation of our father’s body. She also visited the police department, where she was shown footage of emergency services responding to a panic call from Hulk’s home.

She also sought answers about the autopsy process, promised to be conducted on him by his wife and the rest of the family. As shared by The Blast, the mother of two harbored fears that her father’s body had been cremated without performing necessary tests and autopsies. 

She also wanted to find out if any hard substances played a role in Hulk’s passing or if any foul play was observed in how her father died. The former TV personality indeed checked her father’s body and even revealed that he still had his famous Bandana tied around his head.

Hulk’s wife and his son showed up at the inaugural “Real American Freestyle (RAF 01) to speak at the event and honor the life of Hulk as an icon and a force in the entertainment and sporting world.

The event commenced on August 30 and reportedly featured a dedicated session to celebrate the WWE Hall of Famer. The tributes were delivered to a teeming crowd, who heard firsthand how much Hulk meant to his loved ones and beyond.

The TV star died on July 24 after he was rushed to the hospital following a cardiac arrest episode. He reportedly suffered from a myriad of health issues, including atrial fibrillation and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and a myocardial infarction, which all culminated in his tragic death.

Brooke is not the only one seeking answers to what may have caused Hulk’s shocking death. The Blast reported that the wrestler’s wife, Sky Daily, expressed her concerns over his surgery months before he passed.

She reportedly observed that a crucial nerve in her husband’s neck was damaged during the neck operation in May, which largely affected his ability to breathe. 

Daily shared that, going by the nature of the damage and how much Hulk struggles for air at various times before he eventually died, it could be said that the complication gradually facilitated his death.

“We are investigating for possible malpractice. If you have shortness of breath for a long time, that makes you very sick,” the late wrestler’s wife said at the time.

Another source, who worked at Hulk’s mansion as a therapist, suggested something along the lines of a central nerve being severed during the critical neck operation earlier in the year.
